Key quote from Houston rhinoplasty's website:

"When your nose is out of proportion with other features, it seems to dominate the scene."

Which leads me to envision the following exchange:

"What? Oh, I couldn't see your new painting. It's in the shadow of your huge honker."

Which leads me to the giggles, because big noses and rhinoplasty aren't laughing matters, but the concept of noses dominating a scene? Is one.
