What is it with New Jersey being so hot to push their plastic surgeons? Are they that desperate to lose their "ugliest state in the Union" reputation?

This particular bit of splogsploitation is labeled "rhinoplasty New Jersey," but the group also offers a procedure called "fat transfer."

This, I don't want unless I can get the fat sucked out of my own arse and get it injected into someone else's. I have several people in mind for this. Don't worry. You're not one of them.
