So in amongst my vast pearls of wisdom lies this splog gem, brought to you by the link Liposuction, which will lead you to a page that says, among other things, "Lipoplasty, as it is technically known as ..."

I certainly hope they're better at removing fat cells from their patients than they are at removing redundancies from their copy.
