Matrix MT is selling a service called "brand reputation management," wherein they monitor the web for news items, blogs, forum commentary, and consumer bitching about your products and services to help you nip problems in the bud and do a little damage control.

Paris Hilton, it's too late for you, but anyone else .:coffpaypalcoff:. who has a vested interest in keeping one's good name, well, good, ought to look into this.

I wish I'd thought of it. It has the potential to be a humongous business.
