![]() rocks and rocking 10/29/2006 = 12:50 PM Jean Crespi is an associate professor at the University of Connecticut, whose research interests are structural geology and tectonics. In other words, rocks, and rocking. In other, other words, my kind of person. So imagine my surprise in seeing a newsletter (from way back in 1994) focusing on, among other things, Jean Crespi's research, as one of the featured websites for which I should get my splog on, forthwith, for money. Mind you, the link doesn't really match up with the target keywords so much: So I'm not sure how effective this whole pattern of searchiness and backlinkage really is. However, geology and tectonics are actually quite interesting, and the University of Connecticut is not only the Mom's alma mater, it is also the alma mater of my brother, who just had a birthday (good lowered, if I'm thirty-five, he's thirty-four) and is getting married in a couple of weeks. (Duuuuude. Whoa.)
