I've been thinking of opening a company called Eenkud, Inc.

Go on, say it out loud.

The good news is that, if I were to decide to go forward with such a process, I would be able to get help with it. Allen Barron, Inc. are pretty well-established in terms of San Diego corporation formation, but they provide advisory service to businesses throughout Southern California, the USA, and international clients worldwide.

The grammar on their website isn't much, but their legal department is too busy forming corporations to write web copy.

The bad news — for me, that is — is that I haven't any idea what sort of business I would want to have. Just the name. Other than that, I got nothing.

Therefore ...

Eenkud, Inc.? Adieu.
