and its cathartic
but crying over spilled milk
is never cathartic
so it's the kind of crying i hate.

["Spilled milk" is (or was meant to be) a metaphor for anything that can't be undone. It can be a bit cathartic, but eventually, you do have to stop crying and decide what to do next. -- GW]

I missed the mushroom cloud of talc. I'm still laughing. I think people are jerks when they keep the camera on kids too. I like it when they pretty much drop the camera to run over but you can still see it all, sideways.

I got so angry with myself when I spilled an entire family-sized bottle of maple syrup on the kitchen floor, until I remembered that I no longer lived with my parents and they weren't around to freak out about it.
